David R. Jones, M.D.

Dr. Jones was born in Orange, Texas and raised in Bridge City. He earned his undergraduate degree from Lamar University, then later attended Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Medicine where he earned a medical degree. Dr. Jones completed the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Residency at Louisiana State University School of Medicine and completed the Musculoskeletal and Sports Medicine Fellowship at Tulane University of Louisiana School of Medicine. After his fellowship, Dr. Jones returned to his hometown where he worked for ten years as the Medical Director of Inpatient Rehabilitation at Baptist Hospital. He now works in an Outpatient Clinic as a Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician.

Frank Chen, M.D.

Dr. Chen was born in Taiwan and raised in Thailand. His parents immigrated to the United States when he was nine years old in the hopes of giving him opportunities for a good education. After high school, he attended Texas A&M University for his undergraduate studies. He earned a medical degree from University of Texas Health Science Center and later completed the Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. Dr. Chen has been the President of the Sabine Anesthesia Association for twenty-one years. He is the Director of Anesthesia and the Chief of Surgery at Baptist Hospital in Orange, Texas. Throughout his career, Dr. Chen has volunteered his services as a Board Certified Anesthesiologist in around the world including Kenya and Haiti.
